Founding his company in 2007, Randy Brigl saw the need to offer his personal experience and services to businesses in the Willamette Valley and out lying areas. Starting a sheet metal apprenticeship in 1979 and becoming a Journeyman sheet metal worker in 1984, he worked mostly in the heating and air conditioning industry until relocating to northern California in 1986, where he worked doing industrial sheet metal and fabrication in the wood products industry also while being an apprenticeship instructor until 1992.

Moving back to his hometown in 1992, working for a local shop an opportunity arose for some stainless steel fabrication at a local winery under construction. The winery was King Estate Winery in Lorane Oregon, and the quality workmanship other wine makers saw when touring the facility led to many more winery projects. After serving 16 years for this company, over 8 in a management position, Randy decided to get back to basics and what he had a passion for, and started Harvest Valley Specialties, where he could give full attention and detail to projects from concept through completion.
